Processing Time

All VoltThread products are made to order. Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 3–7 business days after payment confirmation.

Shipping Times

Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

  • United States: 7–14 business days
  • Nigeria & Rest of Africa: 10–30 business days
  • UK & Europe: 10–20 business days
  • Rest of World: 10–30 business days

Delivery times may vary due to customs clearance, carrier delays, or high-demand periods.

Shipping Costs

Shipping is free on all orders worldwide. The free shipping discount is applied automatically at checkout — no code required.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Customs & Import Duties

International orders may be subject to customs fees and import duties imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total. VoltThread does not have control over customs processing timelines or fees.
